尽管近年来针对肿瘤的免疫治疗迅速发展，但用于肿瘤免疫药物高通量筛选的器官模型仍然缺乏。近日，美国印第安纳大学的研究团队在《Nature Biomedical Engineering》发表了题为“An organoid-based screen for epigenetic inhibitors that stimulate antigen presentation and potentiate T-cell-mediated cytotoxicity”的文章。
